Secret Mission Update
Thank you to all of those who participated in our blogging secret mission. We had a total of 11 students wear red shirts, so about 1/3 of the class. My predictions were pretty spot on! I'm glad that the blog is being used, if only by some. It's great to see families getting involved in their child's education. I put a lot of my own time into updating it in the best attempt possible to keep you updated :) So thanks! (and now I know who to take more pictures of, hehe) ;)
Flying to the Library
I found this quite amusing... who knew!? hehe. Perhaps some of our SKs can help everyone read the question of the day ;) Thanks to Owen for tallying up the votes for us, and Lara who made the conclusion that his results meant that most students couldn't read the question. Great inferencing!
Tribes Winners
The past month's focus was on Goal Setting. We chose the following students because they follow through with what they set out to do, whether it's planning and creating their very own race car, or earning their way back to their favourite learning centre. Congratulations! We are so very happy for you :) For the month of February, we will be looking for students who take initiative!
Making New Friends
On Friday, we invited Mrs. Benedict's class to come play with us. We had a lot of fun meeting new friends! We hope that they will come join us again soon!!
Musical Madness!
