Character Education: Problem Solving!

One of the biggest challenges as a Kindergarten students is knowing how to solve problems! Lots of problems arise in Kindergarten. We've described them as "small" problems and "big" problems! Small problems are things like finding a toy out of place. A big problem, for example, would most likely be an issue you're having with a classmate. Everyday, we will have a "problem of the day". Students will need to decide the best course of action! We have learned some strategies, such as walk away, get the teacher/adult, ask to stop, or take turns!

We have enough problems to do one every day, for the rest of the year :P I know some parents even like to do this at home! It's great for working out problems with our peers :)
